De-greaseing?

Now have a nophead Mendel90 kit first impressions on unpacking is that is excellent spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

but this is all a bit new to me and would like some further advice about de-greasing the bolts and rods.

What to use, where to buy in the UK

There is some discussion of degreasing here: [forums.reprap.org]

The fasteners are all BZP now so don't need degreasing, just the rods or they will slip through the bar clamps.
