Skeinforge missing extruder amounts from G1 lines?

I've been playing with the Mendel90 today getting it to print out the Android well. Now I'm looking at slicing some stls from Thingiverse using Skeinforge that came on the SD Nophead packs with the kit.
However I'm having problems with it, and looking at the generated gcode I can see the G1 lines don't have any extruder amounts in it. I've copied across the config as per Nopheads instructions so most of the tabs should have config from it.
Anyone know why this is? Skeinforge is setup for PLA Extrusion.

It won't produce E values if the Dimension module is not activated but the config I distribute does have it set.

Copy the config to the correct place and don't change any settings and it will work. Leave the profile set to ABS. The only difference between PLA and ABS is the temperatures and as that is defined in the start.gcode file I didn't change the profile from ABS. It's a bit confusing I know, but I have no time to sort it out at the moment.
