Looks like something wrong with the Z axis. The bands look to be once per rev of the lead screw and get worse as the part gets taller.

Is the object the correct height or a bit short? Perhaps Z is missing steps once per rev. Do the pointers stay in step?

the object is 0.04mm to short. i think this its ok.

Perhaps Z is missing steps once per rev

what i can do to fix that.

here a small video of the rods while turning, hopefully helps

Perhaps put oil on the leadscrews, reduce the speed or the acceleration.

Are you using the same firmware settings as provided? I.e. same Z speed and acceleration and not disabled when not moving.

i tryed to print without headbed and this issue is almost gone.
Is there a way to get a more constant heatflow with mendel90 ?

Not sure what you mean. Are you saying the bed is flexing causing the horizontal banding? Seems odd it as looks to be every 1.25mm.

i played all over my printer. the effect is little less now, dont know why.

my next problem is skipping stepps.
i have now a aluminiumplate on the m2 heater (4mm) + a thin printsheet and woll under the heatplate for more isolation.
I believe my bed is to heavy now sad smiley.

is it possible and what can i do ?

regards

Reduce the acceleration in the firmware. Try 2000 or maybe 1000.

How heavy is the bed?

f = ma so if m is say three times bigger use 2000 / 3.

Check the bed is moving freely when the belt is removed. Perhaps it is binding for some reason.
