I am not able to connect my computer to printer. When I try to connect Pronterface give the following error.

If I'm reading that correctly, it shows that you are trying to connect on "COM22". While not impossible, it is very unlike that you have that many COM ports defined. If you change the drop down in the upper left corner to other values and try to connect, do any other COM choices work?

What version of Windows are you using?
