Best way to wire up my E3D

I succumbed and bought an E3D, as I'm sure many of you have already go one or similar, what route did you take for wiring up the permanent fan? I really like the standard neat wiring and hope to keep it that way, so some direction would be appreciated.

PS. What's the PP connection for on the extruder connection PCB?

Nophead has suggested in a previous thread that +12V can be taken from one of the heater wires and one of the PP connections leads to an unused wire on the ribbon cable which can then be connected to 0V. That's how I connected mine up anyway!
