Hi
Please can you tell me if I am able to use T2.5 Belt & Pulley or GT2 Belt & Pulley for my Mendel90 build. Still busy sourcing all the parts.
Would appreciate any advice on the build.

You can configure T5, T2.5 or GT2 and build the files for any of them. It will change the teeth on the belt clamp printed parts and make small changes for the belt thickness.

Thanks for the reply, I wanted to purchase the Aluminium ones and not use the Printed Pulleys. Is that ok.

Yes the Dibond kits I sell contain metal T2.5 pulleys.

I originally used T5 belts but this last summer I switched to GT2 Belts & 20T Pulleys. The GT2 belts bend and flex better. The T5 were just too rigid (or I could have just bought cheap ones lol).

The best part was that the transition from T5 to GT2 didn't require any marlin firmware update as the Step per MM were the same.
