round perimeter issue

Hi, I built Nophead's kit last week and everything went perfectly! after some calibration I printed some models at 0.1mm resolution and all came out really nice.
Yesterday I tried printing the raspberry camera and bars at 0.3mm resolution but perimeters have some issue (you can see this in photos) especially for cylinder shaped parts. What I'm doing wrong?
Ah, perimeter width is set to 0.48mm, 30mm/s speed for almost all and infill to 70%

You don't say what plastic you are using but 0.48mm * 0.3mm may be too big for PLA and a 0.4mm nozzle, especially at only 30mm/s. Measure the plastic diameter when extruded into mid air at the same flow rate as the build. If the cross section of that has an area less than 0.48 x 0.3 then it won't print properly because it needs to be stretched length wise, not compressed.

Also it looks like the slicer did not detect the bridge in the camera clamp. I have printed those parts with the Skeinforge profiles provided and they came out fine.

Sorry, they are all verified after writing. The files are here: [github.com]
