I have build my plexiglass mendel90 and its impossible to level, the heat bed pcb is a bit curvy but the glass sheet is straight( or it seems).

i can make the corners at the same hight but when i recheck the centre, its not. Is there a chance that my glass sheet is uneven or that the clips are causing tension on the glass?

If you are testing it with a dial gauge then it will bend the middle downwards.

Which means that as long ad the corners are leveled I am ok?

Yes the corners are supported by the posts but in between the spring of a dial gauge will deflect it slightly.
