Has anyone made a dual-extruder x-carriage for Mendel90?

I've ordered a Replicape recently (having finally got tired of either slow SD card uploads, or physically switching in the SD card and worrying it might eventually break the socket).

It's able to control more than one extruder, so considering giving it a go. Has anyone made a dual-extruder x-carriage for the Mendel90? Either bowden or direct drive?

I'd like to see one, too, for the "sturdy" (LM10UU bearing) model. I bought a RUMBA, also with the idea of upgrading to a dual extruder system...

Hi guys,

I made a dual exruder X carriage for the Mendel 90.(See attached picture)
I used 2 laser cut sheet metal parts to get a good stiff carriage.
A vertical plate is used to connect the 3 LM10UU bearings. On this plate another sheet metal plate (3 mm) is screwed on which the or ends are mounted,
The total X carriage can be demounted with 3 screws which is handy for repairs and service,
The parts are printed in ABS and surface treated with acetone to get a more solid and stronger part.

Regards,
