Hi,
4 years after leaving my Mendel90 in my garage without touching it, I decided today to restart it...
Having a new PC, I have tried to connect it to the printer through Pronterface, but I have failed. Pronterface says "Connecting..." but nothing happens then.
I noticed in the instructions that a USB FTDI driver was required for the serial port to appear, so I installed it from the arduino folder which was originally on the SD card provided by Nophead.
Unfortunatly it has not solved anything (I made sure I was trying on the right port...).
As I still have my old PC, which I was using 4 years ago, I then tried with it... and succeeded !!! So the issue is not from the printer, but from the PC.
Has anyone an idea of the cause ? Because I really want to use the new PC...
