Last month we had 3 reprappers at this meeting, looking forward to seeing you again this month. I gave a very brief overview of what reprap is about, there was considerable interest.

Hello reprappers and aspiring reprappers (like myself).
I would like to meet reprappers and can suggest a suitable venue with a great synergy.
I am a member of SLUG (Sydney Linux User Group) another highly geek centric group, with I think a compatible set of interests. They hold a regular meeting on the last Friday of the Month in the Google offices, Walsh Bay, just opposite Star City Casino, the meeting starts about 6pm and runs to 8pm or so, full details are here:

The meetings are friendly and informal, the administrative issues are dispensed with in moments, then the meeting shifts to the technical things. Sometimes there is a feature presentation, always there is a string of short "Lightning Talks", anyone can present one, no prior registration is required. While it is a Linux group, other open source interests are well embraced.
I would be delighted to meet, hear from or see anyone from the reprap community at this meeting. I can assure a friendly reception.
