ABS on a Mendel90

Hey All,

I'm trying to get ABS printing nicely on the Hackspace Mendel90, but am having layer adhesion problems.

I'm printing soap moulds:

But the outer layers are delaminating and the corners are lifting massively. I'm using slic3r at 50mm/s for everything, temperatures 230/115. Oddly, the inner surface (the actual mould) is fine, I dont get any cracking on it at all, so I'm guessing the cracks are coming from the right angle corners.

I tried building a heated chamber to stop any drafts:

But it diddn't help. Any thoughts? My next plan was to whack the temperature up to 240/130, but I'm not sure if that's too hot for RepRapSource ABS.

I use 250/130 on PET tape for Reprapsource ABS and stock kit version. I use higher bed temperatures for direct onto glass but that needs a higher voltage PSU.
