Prusa Mendel i3 LM12UU z-axis parts

Hello,
several years ago I've build a Prusa Mendel i3 (large) with 12mm rods instead of the more general 8mm ones.
I've done so do reach a print area of nearly 300x300x220mm.

But I gave it away and that guy killed the left z-axis during transport.
I don't have the stl files anymore. May anyone help out?
After i got the correct file I'll have to look who's able to print it for me
