mystery object needs identification

Need some help finding this cool planetary fidget test gear.
Picked it up from a recent Makercon show and would love to
print one also. But can't seem to locate it anywhere.
Any ideas folks???

Thanks Nophead for the reply.
It seems to have some chamfers around the edges
effectively creating a captured bearing along with the herringbone pattern.

BTW ,- its an honor to speak with you and thank you for your
incredible contributions to the reprap world.
