You go to the RepRap Magazine site.
You can then either download the PDF (Hi-Res or Lo-Res) or view it online.

Hello all,
I am seriously considering buying a 3D printer and found this on E Bay. After looking at loads of info, the frame here looks very rigid.
I am no expert, so i am not sure exactly what i am looking at. Is this really an i3 and is are the components of good quality. I can't find any reference to it directly on any forums or the wiki.

That printer is called Prusa Air, and its not the Prusa I3.
i´ve build a Prusa Air as my first RepRap and i have to say that the frame is not very rigid, and i don´t think that just because its in aluminum is going to make such a big difference.
have a look at Prusa I3 :[reprap.org]
or Mendel90: [reprap.org]
and compare the frame designs.
