installing drivers

Hi, this is my first post, Is there a correct way to fit the stepper drivers to ramp 1.4, I have seen no articals anywhere saying which way have seen photos of them eitherway,cheers

Orient the RAMPS board so the power connectors are to the left. The stepper drivers should be placed with the trim pot (shiny metal circle) to the right.



That's with reasonably standard drivers. What drivers do you have?

I need help thats for sure i try to load Marlin into my Board its a Rumba i have the device loaded into device manager serial port 12
i use aurdinio 1.6 and Marlin for my TK300 printer I open and i use config,h But when trying to verifye i get forbidden reg name etc and it stops What have i forgotten `

i manage to build everything i want but i am still useles about aurdinio set up pleas give me advice whats the problem
