Is there no way to enable some sort of flood control for members? I've looked through the admin pages...

Some fool registered about an hour ago and had time to post 74 "fake passport" messages over that time before I could work through the laborious process of deleting them and his account.

More than one post per minute is just plain stupid. Why is moderation of new members turned off again?

I've audited the forum permissions, and posting by unregistered users is now disabled everywhere.

cheers,

Seemed to work for a while but now the SPAM is coming through again.
