hi.
I translate the RepRap to Turkish and I try to organize local-forums. Me and friends wants improve the Turkish content but the people just come and write commercial or write something.
If possible, I like to stop these kind of useless/unorganized msg.

Hi again, since 2 years I am moderator a of Turkish usergroup.
I really want to improve Turkish contents.

1. I can't ban the user
2. I can't change the title
3. I want some title sticky (stay always top)
