Sure, it doesn't hurt to add pages to appropriate categories. To be honest though, if I ever need to find something on the wiki I just use a search engine. The Gcode wiki page is the top result if you type "reprap gcode" into Google...Quote

Other pages I have tried to send people to could not be found through the Wiki page hierarchy, like the Gcode page. Since Gcode clearly is "Reference" material, I added it to the Reference category... Isn't this how it should be done?
I suppose we could add "popular" or "mainstream" pages likes Ramps to the Reference category. But then every vendor in the world will want their particular item listed on the "Official Reprap Wiki Reference Category" and people begin to argue. So I don't know if that would really be effective. Again, if I really want to find something on the wiki I use a search engine. The Ramps wiki page is the top result if you type "reprap ramps" into Google...Quote

If someone wants a wiring diagram for a Ramps board for instance, that's not in the Reference section, and searching for it brings up too many items. They would need to burrow 4 levels deep in the Development Index to find it. How could it be made better?
Your proposal sounds good to me, but it also sounds like a huge amount of work. If you think you can do it, please go ahead!Quote

I think as a start the following should be done (and I'm willing to do much of it, but I'm seeking your input!)
