AND my TOOLBAR buttons are gone for editing messages!

P.S. Checked my profile settings and timezone was set to "Default" so I changed it to my proper timezone "GMT + 1: Berlin" and I still get the warning messages (sometimes several) BUT my TOOLBAR buttons are back!

But NOT on this page!? :-)

It is also effecting the WIKI as well!
Must be a SERVER php issue!!
