Speaking for Texas, I suggest it all be combined into one forum and let message topics serve for cities.
I'm not even sure who requested the original San Antonio forum as they never posted in it! And Houston and San Antonio could be combined (with Austin).
it is pretty clear that the level of activity is low, so best to have us all work together
