Hi Matt. Your project sounds interesting, but what you are proposing is not really a bounty. Basically, the idea of a bounty is that you have a github page (or you use the
RepRap bounty tracker) to suggest a research/development project related to RepRap. Then people contribute to the bounty, and if you successfully complete the project, you get to collect the funds. You might be able to use bounties to fund some aspect of your project, but you have to provide some sort of criteria or milestones that, upon accomplishment, will allow the bounty to be claimed. RepRap Bounties. I hope you can figure out a way to use bounties to your advantage since I think it would be great if more people used them.
