SD Card reader

I have completet a built of a Ormerod 3d printer, not many problems there and are now traying to get the software runing.

I have updatet the firmware ( after 3 times ) it is the firmware from 2014-01-16.

The M115 command report correctly, but when i try the M503 I get an error

can't open 0:/sys/config......

I have used the 2gbyte sd-card deliveret, and a 1 gbyte from my phone, bothe have been reformatet fat32.

Have can I check that is is not the sd-card holder that has a defect or somthing

Hi XB70, the SD card that came with the kit is no good. You need a very good Micro SD card that is ok for Video.
We all have had the same trouble I think. When the machine turns on (when you plug in the USB lead that is)
the processor in the printer checks the config file that you placed on to the Micro SD card.
Unfortunately you need a better quality card.
The card that came with my kit (two weeks ago) was the same. It was no good for the printer, but works fine
in my phone. I think when you get a new card you won't have any problems. (You must put the files on the card thou)....
