Slic3r bridging problem

I've found that Slic3r, normaly on the first attempt at Bridging doesn't move the HotEnd enough to make the journey complete.
It not a Belt slipping problem, or a motor problem, but a command that's coming up short, as the printer will then move to the
same area and continue printing the wall or what ever. It only seems to after the printer on the first pass at bridging, as the
next attempt (normaly in the other direction, bridges ok.

Has any one else found this?

Kim

Hi Ran, I had the X-Axis bearing fall out during a long print just after that post.
The printer knocked out the level off my bed when it hit the print...
After replacing it with Super Glue I had terriable problems printing.
I gave up printing for the day, so decided to fit a new Nozzle Mount as my old one was broken.... It appeared useable....But....
After fitting one of my replacement mounts, the printer printed perfectly.....

It appears my Nozzle had got knocked out of level.
Now I get first class prints.... Every time....
And the bridging problem has gone....

Take a look at you Nozzle Mount...
Kim...
