Had a few problems but nothing that with a little thought and challenge didn't sort out.
Made a sphere in a cube it rotates freely see pictures

Nice sphere in a cube Chris1965, can I ask where did you get the gcodes/stl file from?

Got the stl file from a site called GrabCAD and used slic3r with Ormerod-0.5 settings with a few small adjustments
