G Code list ?

where can I find a G code list (with explanation)?

I'm using pronterface "advanced" to upload the config.g.
In the uploaded config.g I found M110 as the first code in the config.g (where did it come from?) and the comments "; ..." has been removed during upload.

Yes, we need to compile a list of gcodes. A list of 'standard' gcodes used by the reprap community generally is here: [reprap.org]
However, there is no set standard really; programmers can implement whatever functionality they want, and give it whatever code they want. The new RepRap Firmware (we're really going to have to rename that...) for Duet doesn't implement quite a few of these, but does implement new ones - particularly for axis compensation - that are not listed.
I'll add it to my to-do list!
