Watch the clips on the side, they can short-circuit the IR sensor and then it ended of the Duet, It has no protection from this kind of accident.

My Duet just died sad smiley

XB70, you probably have the heat spreader assembled the wrong way round, especially if you were following the early instructions. See [forums.reprap.org] and [forums.reprap.org].

Many of us are using Swiss clips (photo frame clips) instead of the foldback clips, see [forums.reprap.org] and other posts in the same thread

Hi everybody

Today i recived a email from reprappro where they promist to replace my duet and ir-senser. smiling smiley

It is a problem white the heat spreader is cam be up side down an then ther is a connection to the header. hot smiley

Everybody please check that you hedt spreader dos not connet to the power of the headerplate. eye popping smiley
