Levitated a bit before print

Sometimes printes well sometimes it levitate a bit while printing so the extrusion not sticking to the bed.

**Start code** then

G1 F1800 e-1.0
g1 z0.2 f9000
g1 x60.687 f9000
g1 e1 f1800

then the printing stuffs code.....

g1 z0.2 f9000 what this code for? does it raise my Z? where is that code generated from?

Yes. You presumably specified a 0.2mm layer thickness, so this is to raise the nozzle 0.2mm off the bed before starting the first layer.

another problem are in my g-codes

m140 S65;

i've set everywhere the bed temperature to 110 but when do slicing again the gcodes come out 65? any idea?
