So I have had my ormerod 2 for about 6 months now, have just tonight fitted the quick set hot end kit.

power on and the cooling fan for the hot end is spinning up but the duct fan is not turning.

have checked connections and they seem fine, i feel there might be something really obvious that im missing, does it only come on when printing? or firmware update needed?
