Ormerod2 not printing anything

I've come across the following issue:
ormerod2 running v1.0.9 firmware won't print anything.

reflashed firmware 3 times & commissioned from scratch, nothing.
X, Y & Z homes, I can extrude and I can manually position bed
Always hangs on following:
starts to load print, does bed equation then hangs.
(I know set up isn't 100% yet, but even with perfectly level bed it did the same)
bed equation fits points [45.0,0.0,-0.011] [45.0,180.0,-0.219] [210.0,0.0,-0.486]
Loaded files via usb, web and sd card, no luck.

Any ideas?

Did you add T0 to the start Gcode? or send it before you start your print.

I've found the error... and it's a VERY basic one...
the gcode files call T1.... but printer is set up for T0...
so as soon as the gcode is loaded, it deselects the correct tool and the printing stalls....
real faceplam moment!
