Invalid M Code M204 SXXXX

This error pops up on my Ormerod 2 web interface when printing something sliced with Slic3r.

I've been mostly ignoring this error , but it is fairly frustrating and today I got a bee in my bonnet to investigate the cause.
I see that M204 is supposed to be to set the default acceleration and I have a feeling it's got something to do with retraction speeds.
The XXXX value changes between 1000 and 2000.

Is there a setting on my Slic3r that causes this? I'm using the Prusa Edition 1.33.8 which has some great features like the Layer editing and speedy slicing and I also have a Prusa I3 MK2 printer so it's possible that there's the issue?
Alternatively is there a setting to turn off the pop up as it doesn't seem to harm the print any?

Ormerod's versions:
Firmware Name: RepRapFirmware for Duet
Firmware Version: 1.15e (2016-10-02)
Web Interface Version: 1.12

You can ignore the error. But RRF 1.18RC1 includes support for M204.
