...is a magic wand that gently melts any kind of plastic!

No matter what temperature or printing speed or filament type, never had a clog.

And thanks to it I can finally print even Colorfabb XT and Ninjaflex with my Smartrap without heated bed!

Many thanks Reg!

Great to hear Cristian,
Can you give a few more details of what you have been printing and the filaments you have used so far with the Genie Hotend?
In fact any feedback would be appreciated.

I haven't tried Ninjaflex as yet, not been able to find it locally, but really want to give it a try.

But they don't have a high end price Serge.
I guess you have been too busy to try yours out yet?
All in good time, I have another that I think I will send you, this may help you with your design program for future SmartRap machines

I confirm that RegPye's hot end is high end design! My only problem now is with skipping extruder from time to time, and probably its because of mk7gear teeth.
I will change extruder to RegPye's design and the printer will be like a dream smiling smiley

yes reg, i forgot to say they where high end quality and not price ! it's maybe the most important, sorry smiling smiley

for the extruder, i had good result lately in production with the small direct drive and nk7..but still at 60mm/s and the drive printed at 50% fill or more , to be more solid.
