I was previously always having issues with vague support for the y smooth rod on the right where it sits on top of the motor. Previous attempts to fix this have been a little less than geometrically perfect so I have redesigned the part and uploaded it here [
www.thingiverse.com]. It is now a blend of the L y smooth rod holder mirrored and the previous R smooth rod holder. The smooth rod is now very well supported and orthogonal and it has a locating lug to ensure it is aligned with the frame.
