is there any cooling fan design for the smartcore alu as i can't find any and I am not good in design

I didn’t use a fan, but I did design a cooling blower for part cooling for my Smartrapcore Ali printers.

I am not good at modeling but i already have a 4cm fan so i designed this model i will try it if it didn't work i will buy a blower and use your model

That duct may not move any air at all.
Test it after you print it. You may be surprised.

Hahaha, funny, however, keep in mind that a difference in scale, and especially a difference in the design of the 'nozzle' plays a big role in this.

It is quite possible to use an axial fan like this, it's just fluid dynamics you have to work with. The nozzle in the video is one of the worst designs to use in conjunction with an axial fan, but the fan shroud designed by Yoko might work really well.
