Elastic material
April 18, 2011 08:42AM
Hello,
I'm looking for a kind of material which has elastic properties after printing. For example to make a tiny part of a hose of an holder to freeze ice cubes in the fridge.
Does anyone maybe have experience on this area and/or could me help find some sort of material?
Kind regards, Mathew

Have you tried Orbi-Tech?

Hi Rhmorrison, thank you for your quick response.

I already tries the soft PLA indeed. This yields a little flexible material but nog yet flexible enough. I would like to be able to print for example a table mat which can be fold double completely.

You probably want an extruder for silicone. Google Fab@Home for an example.
