Ciao a tutti!
mi sto adoperando alla taratura della mia PrusaI3 appena finita di costruire e mi si presenta un problema...
Premetto che uso RAMPS 1.4 con relativo Arduino Mega 2560 e come firmware MARLIN.

nella parte relativa ai parametri di movimento, nel firmware, che riporto qui sotto:

dovrei regolare empiricamente il valore di step per mm relativi all'estrusore; ed infatti; dopo aver mandato alla stampante per mezzo di "printer interface" il comando di estrudere 50mm di filamento... ne vengono invece estrusi 60... ho dunque inserito i parametri nel RepRap calculator 2; il quale mi rimanda il valore corretto di "696.6666666666666". Ebbene, inserisco il nuovo valore al posto di quello vecchio... Ma non cambia assolutamente nulla! La lunghezza di filamento spinto rimane esattamente invariata.

Per quale motivo? dove ho sbagliato?

Giusto per capire se tutto ok, metti un valore basso e prova, tipo 100... Dovrebbe estrudere un 6/7 mm cliccando su 50!!!

Ecco, appunto; ho fatto come hai detto; impostando 100 ed invece ha spinto esattamente la stessa quantità di filo di prima!

Non riesco davvero a spiegarmelo!

2 domanda, che tipo d'estrusore hai?
3 domanda, come fai a vedere quanto filo ha estruso?

Grazie molte per la tua disponibilità.
Scusa, ma la prima domanda sembra non avere senso; potresti cortesemente provare a riformularla?
2 La stampante monta estrusore Greg's Wade
3 Hot-end smontato; filo posizionato all'interno del foro ad esso addetto, in modo che il filo possa essere spinto grazie al moto del bullone collegato all'ingranaggio grande; segno con biro sulla parte uscente dall'estrusore in corrispondenza della fine del foro che indirizza il filo all'imboccatura dell'hot.end... Altro segno una volta che la spinta del filamento si è compiuta sempre ovviamente in corrispondenza della fine del foro dell'estrusore.

Ah, scusa, con la prima domanda forse intendevi chiedermi dove clicco per caricare il firmware sull'arduino?

Se è così clicco sul tasto: "CARICA" accanto al tasto verifica; nella versione 1.0.5 dell' IDE di Arduino

Per quanto riguarda la prima domanda, su arduino premi la freccia a destra per montare il firmware? Alla fine ti dice che è tutto a posto?

Ah, sisi, clicco su carica, corrispondente con la freccia con verso a destra;
e tutto fila liscio! non mi segnala alcun tipo di errore.

Tuttavia ho appena notato che invece su pronterface; dal quale comando alla stampante di spingere i fatidici 50mm di PLA...

E nonostante i paramentri X- Y- Z siano esattamente come impostati... Invece E; cioè gli steps relativi all'estrusore rimangono :" E836.00" come ho evidenziato...

E' come se il firmware non venisse scaricato in arduino!!!
Allega il file configuration.h...
Questo è un bel mistero... Vediamo se riusciamo a uscirne fuori!!!

Eih, grazie! ho risolto... ho ripreso un Marlin originale, modificato i 2 parametri che mi servivano... ed ora i dati impostati vengono riconosciuti...

il motivo per cui ti teneva i parametri era dovuto al fatto che hai la EEPROM attiva e quindi per quanto li modifichi se non fai un reset defaults, ramps carica i valori dalla eeprom
