Ciao a tutti
Sono nuovo utente posseggo una Tronxy X5SA-400 e ultimamente o
rimesso in pista un mio progetto di una stampante fai da te recuperando pezzi in giro (allego foto varie)

la base costruita con profilo commerciale
le guide, motori e sistema piatto clonato da una UM2+

piatto stampa ho fissato il piano riscaldato di una prusa i3w sul un piano in alluminio da 2mm
sistema regolazione ho recuperato sempre quello della prusa i3w con le molle e i dadini a farfalla

controller GT2560 a+ con A4988

estrusore V6 bowden da 1.75

display ho recuperato sempre quello della i3w

mentre il trascina filo quello montato su UM2

per realizzare il file Marlin ho fuso insieme il firmware prusa i3w con quello della UM2

Attualmente sono riuscito a configurare il Marlin ma ho un problema in fase di stampa
la stampa sull'asse Z funziona al contrario invece di salire rispetto il piatto di stampa scende,
la home funziona perfettamente e anche l'offset dell'asse Z funziona
gli assi con Pronterface lavorano correttamente
ma non capisco perchè succede solo in fase di stampa
qualcuno mi può aiutare

Scusa non ho capito che problema hai. È normale che il piatto scende durante la stampa, sennò come fai a stamparci sopra? Non è una cnc dove il materiale lo devi asportare.

è corretto collegare x-min e y-min come connettori visto che l'home è vicino a gli endstop, invece
per l'asse Z avendo l'endstop in basso è corretto collegare il connettore su z-max ???

ho cancellato il Marlin che avevo fatto e sto ripartendo da 0,
allego file da visionare
attualmente gli assi si muovono correttamente manualmente con Pronterface
gli end-stop sono aperti
quando faccio l'Home, l'asse x e y ok
mentre l'asse z invece di scendere verso l'end-stop va verso l'alto
se aziono manualmente l'end-stop si ferma

il problema è come dirgli che deve andare verso il basso confused smiley

sarebbe buona cosa che scrivessi come hai risolto il problema, in modo che sia di aiuto a chi legge il post.

Giusto,

prima cosa ho messo il finecorsa in alto, perchè altrimenti ci metteva un sacco di tempo tra salire e scendere quando lo mandava in Home

secondo avendo il piano stampa che si muoveva sull'asse Z ragionavo che salendo andava in positivo mentre scendendo in negativo

invece è il contrario, adesso funziona

Dato che non hai spiegato il perché, a futura memoria, integro la spiegazione.

se l'ugello è fisso in alto quando scendi la distanza tra ugello e piano aumenta, per questo motivo è meglio che l'endstop sia in alto cioè a Xmin, in genere si azzerano le coordinate quando si toccano gli endstop, cioè sempre in genere per ripetere la convensione dell'asse cartesiano, tutto avanti (Y), tutto a sinistra (X), e per Z dipende dal fatto che l'ugello sia fisso rispetto al piano ( quindi il piano si muove su e giù)
oppure sia il piano che rimanga fisso si l'ugello che si muova su e giù.

Anche se ci sono eccezioni, alcune stampanti di prima generazione avevano l'endstop dell'asse X a destra, cioè a Xmax, secondo la comune convenzione.

nel frattempo ho anche spostato il gruppo spingi filo sopra all'estrusore così è diretto e lavora molto bene,
ho dovuto adattare il tubo perchè non avevo i ricambi corretti

Beh trovare soluzioni creative fa parte del divertimento.

Io oggi sono in fase di progettazione di un nuovo porta Hot End, lavoro lasciato in un angolo da tempo, se tutto va bene domani stampo qualche pezzo, oggi mi sono limitato a stampare la dima per verificare che l'interasse dei fori di fissaggio fosse corretto.

Devo costruire un secondo porta HE, e già che ci sono me ne stampo uno mio, con l'uscita dell'aria calda verso l'alto e alcune particolarità, in modo da poter scambiare l'HE uno per il PLA e l'altro per l'ABS, ho separato il sensore di Livello, che rimane fisso sul montante del carrello, a questo montante poi va fissato il porta HE con quattro viti da 3MA, comode comode, montanto un connettore a 4 poli lo scambo dell'HE lo fai in 5 minuti, Poi vabbeh con il firmware del mago basta dare il nuovo E-step e cambiare il beta del sensore e il gioco è fatto.
