Hallo P4tje,

ik heb de andere firmware er af gegooid.
en de repetier firmware gedownload.
wanneer ik hem via arduino virifieer krijg ik een berg storingen.(zie hieronder)
ik weet niet of jij dit probleem ook heb gehad, of heb jij niet met deze firmware gewerkt?
misschien komen ze jou bekent voor,of doe ik iets heel raars? ik hoop van niet.

Hallo p4tje,

Ik doe zeker wat fout want op www.repetier.com kan ik alleen een donatie doen voordat ik wat kan downloaden. of ik heb het helemaal mis, en dit kost mij minimaal 10 euries per maand ,klopt dat? en dan is het nog de vraag of ik de goede firmware download.

wat ik hiervoor heb gedownload is(repetier firmware) als jij zegt dat dit de tools zijn het zou best kunnen

Is gratis hoor rechts onderaan (buiten) vierkant staat download without donation en daar moet men op klikken.

Hallo vriendelijke forum leden,

nu heb ik de nieuwe firmware gedownload tot nu toe gaat het goed. ik heb de usb stekker van de printer er aangehangen met het bekende plong geluid geüpload tot zover. dan geeft hij een storing serial poort.com1)
hiervoor wanneer ik de usb stekker erin stak maakte m'n computer zelf een virtuele poort aan.(com2 of com3 of zo) nu doet hij dit niet meer, hebben jullie ook wel eens met dit probleem gezeten ?En wat hebben jullie dan gedaan?
ik hoop dat jullie ee oplossing hebben.

Edwin het leven bestaat uit keuzes maken,en dat is bij 3D printing zeker het geval. Je moet de juiste poort kiezen de baudrate en het board type.suc6

Hallo vriendelijke forum leden,

ik heb eind lijk een virtuele poort wanneer ik hem controleer geeft hij geen storing,
maar wanneer ik hem upload (je snap het natuurlijk)geeft hij de volgende storing.
avrdude:stk 500v2 reveivemessage timeoutdude.
iemand van jullie deze storing tegen gekomen

probeer dit eens: zodra je verbinding hebt met je arduinosoftware en je arduinoboard moet je de resetbutton op de arduino indrukken.
Daarna je firmware uploaden.

bedankt voor je reactie,

inmiddels is er al weer beweging in mijn printer.de motorjes draaide nu alleen de verkeerde kant op. dit heb ik verholpen door de stekkertjes om te draaien.
u nog even kijken of de endstops nu wel willen doen waarvoor ze bedoeld zijn.De extruder gaat wel aan maar m'n hotbed nog niet. dus ik ben nog niet klaar
je hoort nog van mij
.

Hallo hans en de andere forum leden,

nou van die storing afkomen was maar van korte duur( avrdude:stk 500v2 reveivemessage timeoutdude.)
hij zit er weer in balen. maar ik had op een ander forum gevonden .
dat je arduino 0023 moest downloaden en dan de naam gewoon moest veranderen en dan kwam de storing niet meer terug.
ik heb het geprobeerd maar het is mij nog niet gelukt ik zal dat forum wel even opzoeken en hier plaatsen. dan kunnen jullie het zelf lezen en proberen.

jullie horen nog van mij.

Zoals ik had belooft hier wat ik op een andere forum tegen was gekomen.
ik heb het geprobeerd maar het is mij nog niet gelukt . nou ben ik niet zo handig met een computer.
misschien dat een van jullie het lukt,en dan mij het in peppi en kokki taal wil uit leggen wat ik precies moet doen.

HMM, it gets weirder and weirder.

I down loaded arduino-0023, made no changes to the port or hardware or preferences file and it works perfectly.

So, I renamed the avr directory in ...\arduino-1.0\hardware\tools and then copied the avr directory from ...\arduino-0023\hardware\tools directory into the ...\arduino-1.0\hardware\tools directory, and it works fine.

Conclusion, the issue is with the new version of avrdude.

Vind het erg interessant, overal heeft men het over de oude arduino versie. Nu heb ik altijd met de nieuwste Arduino gewerkt. Hoe kan het toch dat dat bij zoveel mensen fout gaat..?

@Marinus: Ik heb ook geen idee hoor. Bij mij werkt de nieuwste ook altijd gewoon prima (Mac, Windows 8, 8.1).

Ik kan me zo wel bedenken dat een oudere Arduino versie misschien nog iets ruimere waardes had voor het communniceren (of een AVR dude die die heeft) zodat je net iets minder snel een timeout melding krijgt.

Het is een veelgehoord probleem. Toen ik voor het eerst firmware installeerde moest je een bepaalde oudere versie van de Arduino IDE gebruiken. Deze staat op mijn server en die gebruik ik altijd, nooit een nieuwere getest. Het had toen iets met bepaalde verwijzingen te maken.

Hallo vriendelijke forum leden,

Nou er zit weer beweging in mijn printer, hoe ik het voor elkaar heb gekregen, ik heb een oudere versie van arduino gedownload. en het beweegt ( ik weet niet voor hoe lang maar goed)
nu heb ik eens zitten denken. een van jullie vond dat ik misschien wel een te moeilijke printer had uit gekozen. maar ik zal toch niet de enige in Nederland zijn die de delta heeft uitgekozen ?

Nu ben ik weer met die endstops bezig, en heb de draadjes nu op diverse manieren aangesloten zonder echt resultaat. nou is mijn vraag zou het nou niet in de instellingen op het configuration.h kunnen zitten? dit ziet er heel ander uit als bij marlin dus ik kan het ook niet zo makkelijk vergelijken bij marlin gingen alle 3 de assen wel rustig omhoog. maar wanneer ik nu de opdracht home geeft gaat alleen de Z as omhoog (als ik ze appart een commando geef werken ze wel)

Als er nu iemand is die ook een Delta bouwt kunnen we samen sparren over deze machine. bijvoorbeeld data met elkaar vergelijken. ik heb er nu repetier firmware op staan.
ik hoop dat er iemand is op het forum of daar buiten.

Een Delta homed eerst de Z-as, totdat één van carriages de endstop raakt. Dan gaat de rest verder, totdat alle carriages gehomed zijn.

Ik heb een Delta (groot gedeelte eigen ontwerp, alleen het cherry pi frame) met Repetier op een MK808 Android TV stick en een I3 met Octoprint op een Raspberry Pi.

Heb je multimeter? dat kan wel erg handig zijn bij zulke storingen.

Nou ik heb me door de firmware heen geworsteld en alles ingevoerd en gedownload.
en heb het vervolgens geverifieert en geüpload. ik heb mijn endstops aangesloten (ground op C signal op NC en heb dit vervolgens gecontroleerd door in pronterface code M119 te zenden dit had ik gelezen om dit te doen in het programma van de firmware. dat hij als hij niet geactiveerd is een L noteerde achter de XYZ dus zou dan goed moeten zijn ( in het programma van de firmware heb ook alle endstops op elektrisch NC gezet)
tot zo ver heb ik het volgens mij goed gedaan.de assen gaan met commando home wel omhoog maar de endstops werken nog niet.Nu had ik ergens gelezen dat er in het configuratie.h nog een zin is dat je de endstops aan of uit kan zetten, maar die kan ik nergens vinden, misschien kijk ik er overheen of is er een ander woord voor. weet een van jullie hier misschien iets van?

ik heb voor het gemak ook even het configuration.h erbij gedaan.

Hallo vriendelijke forum leden,

Op een of andere manier konden jullie mijn berichten niet meer zien, ik had waarschijnlijk iets fout gedaan want mijn berichten stonden tussen allemaal Duitse berichten. ik hoop dat het nu goed komt.
Nu ik heb me door de firmware heen geworsteld. en ik heb het ingevoerd en gedownload, in arduino geverifieerd en geüpload tot zover gaat het goed.
(ik heb in de firmware m'n endstops op elektrisch NC staan, en de bedrading op de endstops (Gnd op C en signal op NC aangesloten.)

In de firmware stond iets van dat je de endstops kon testen.
door in pronterface de code M119 te verzenden, wanneer je de endstops niet activeerde dan zou er een hoofdletter L terug noteert worden. Dit gebeurt ook dus dan zou je denken dat is goed.
nu gaat wanneer ik een commando home geef de assen wel omhoog maar de endstops doen het nog niet. nou had ik ergens op een forum gelezen dat het ook kon zijn dat er een regel is waar je de endstops aan/uit kan zetten.
weet een van jullie hier iets van? want die regel kan ik in de CONFIGURATION.H niet vinden.

Ik doe voor het gemak ook even de configuration.h erbij.

Hallo P4tje,

ik ben inmiddels met mijn multymeter aan de gang gegaan en ik meet op de signal 1.5 volt kan dat kloppen?
op m'n board heb ik de connectors op de MAX
dan heb ik de grd op de C en de signal op NC, zend dan niet geactiveerd het commando M119 ik krijg op het scherm X max L, y max L en z max L.
wanneer ik de endstop indruk en het zelfde commando geef gebeurt er niets maar daar moet natuurlijk hoofdletter "H" komen staan achter elke as.
ook wanneer ik de draadjes van de endstop haal en tegen elkaar druk en het commando geef gebeurt er niets.
Nu is mijn vraag is de voltage te laag? zo ja wat kan ik in mijn configuration.h doen of juist helemaal niet
Driver systeem op 3,endstops staan op elektrisch NC. HomeDIR op 1

ik hoop dat je mij verder kan helpen.
