Hello.
My printer is similar to SparkCube but has some my modyfications.
I'v problem with oval shapes.

Rectangular shapes are ok.

Do you have any idea what might be wrong?

Maybe a loose belt, or pulley ?

see [reprap.org]

Most of my technical comments should be correct, but is THIS one ?
Anyway, as a rule of thumb, always double check what people write.

In addition to checking the belts, etc. also make sure that the X & Y axis are perpendicular to each other. If they aren't you'll see similar issues. The X axis can be squared to the Y axis by adjusting the belt tensions.

+1 for this.

How fast are you printing and how much acceleration?

Thank you for the tips.
I adjusted the X and Y axes, set the belts, reduced the JERK to 5 and acceleration to 500.
I print with with speed: 20, 60, 80 and 100 .
Is better!
But problem is in four points on printed object:

Looks like belt is not parallel going to the hotend gantry..belt would get tighter at extremes of X axis and may explain ovals.

Also noticed you have twists in the belt which may cause the belts to ride on the pulleys flange sometimes

I noticed that the bearing slightly moved in the housing.
When the direction changes, there is movement.

Maybe there is a problem here.
