my corexy

Hallo guys,
this is my corexy mechanism!
I've used linear rail and slides from igus
for the rest gt2 belts and pulleys.
system works well and I've start first void tests(without extruder)
in practice happens that the layers moving, as if the belt slip !!
I've put belt tensio very well
who is the problem?
I should probably use a system with belts and pulleys T5 or the question is to be found in the parameter setting of marlin?

Hi, I like your sheet metal frame and gantry. Is it home made ? How did you manage the pulleys ? Are they spinning around the bolt without bearings ?

Obviously I use idler pulleys with bearings!
Smoothed for gantry and with teeth for the rest
All system is designed by me and laser cutted
Can you suggest something for My problem??

Sorry, I have no awnser idea in mind for mow. As it's laser cutted, I guess you have no alignement issue. Try to check again geometry.
