I made Hbot printer but z axis is reversed in pronterface how can i correct it?

When you home the machine does the Z axis move in the right direction?

Yes , it moves to the proximity switch

And is the switch at the Z=0 position (bed at the top of the Z axis)? Is the switch plugged into the Zmin input port on the controller?

The switch on the top. When autobed leveling (G29) it moves to the top and auto level it self , I use the Zmin

Positive and negative in Z are relative. The pronterface UI has positive Z up. Think of it not as the bed moving down, but the nozzle moving up relative to the bed. When you tell pronterface to move up 10mm, the nozzle is moving 10 mm above the bed. In your machine the bed moves down, in other machines the nozzle moves up. It's the same thing.
