Your design will reduce the flex I think.I put my motor mounts near the corner of the frame so It is not adjustable.I can only adjust the length to change the tension on my belts. It is not convenient enough to use the printer for a long time.Anyway after I redesign some parts I will try to print some more circles with different diameter to test if I have solved this question.

Here are some pictures for my test results! You can see these circles have became so much better than before the thickness is even and the surface is smooth. Those blue circles were printed by corexy printer and black circles were printed by ultimaker. If you watch carefully you can see there is a raised line on both of the circles.I guess it's more likely caused by my cura software? The file I used is exactly the same.

Looks like you've gotten better results. That line looks like the layer seam and you can make it less noticeable with slicer settings. totally different topic of discussion.

Yeap the problem of the circle was caused by the belt and my design works better now.I have made some changes of x and y carriages to make it more stronger than before especially these poins you have pointed out.It will work better than the parts I'm useing now.
Maybe I will redesign a new corexy printer with v-wheel and some other problems will be solved.
