Final check before conecting to power

Just a final check
Could someone tell me if what I'm doing will work? Thank You

So set up contains ATX Power Supply (Specs) and I am connecting a coupler to it ( yellow I believe is +12v and black is ground) leaving out red(+5v) and its black (I think) and twisting and soldering on 22 gauge wire (rated at 300v 80 Celsius(176 Fahrenheit)) red to black(ground) and black to yellow(+12v) HERE (I know I know I screwed up, I did not notice that i soldered them backwards in till I took the picture) And connecting that green coupler to the RAMPS 1.3 leaving out the +5volt and its ground.
I wont kill anything right?
This electrical part of the build scares me

Looks right to me, except for the polarity.

"The bottom pair of connectors marked 5A power the stepper drivers and Extruder heater/fan. The pair of connectors above marked 11A power a Heated Bed, or other output."
Ok so since I'm only powering the stepper drivers and Extruder for now I only need 12v 5A of power to the bottom of the connector not the top like I have in the picture.
