Solidworks files

Hi my name is Robert and I work in the Materials Science department at UTA and I have been tasked with building a 3d printer that prints ceramics I have 1.5 yrs exp with solidworks and 1 yr exp with a Dimension 768sst printer. I saw this project and realized it could save me a drastic amount of time in the design phase. Also I realized that I can contribute to it

cool, that is awesome. i know that we have solidworks files here somewhere, so i'll forward your request to Ed, the guy that designed the files.

realistically, as a project we'll want to move towards a free/open program, although as long as the STL's are freely available, then its not too big of a deal.

edit: the files are still in subversion: [svn.reprap.org]

i emailed Ed to see if they've been updated since then.
