Can Reprap write on paper?

Can Reprap hold a pen then write on paper to simulate human writing

And is there any software to transform each character to different form (on one paper, each character is different ,not same ,just like human writting)

It's not totally straight forward. Microsoft has a utility for turning handwriting into a truetype font. You can then use Inkscape to output g-code by adding the g-code tools module. The output I get has to be further processed, but it is useable.
