This may seem like an odd topic, but this is a big problem for me. Here's the situation:
I need the dimensions for the Makerbot Mk5 Drive Gear (and other alternative drive gears). Makerbot provides very limited data (just the OD) which is insufficient for design or evaluation of an application of the Drive Gear. (I'm working on a new extruder design.)
I have tried to contact Makerbot for this info. To contact them, you must sign up on their web site. Fine, no problem. The sign up page says to expect a welcoming email in a few minutes. I've waited over a week now and nothing. I've also tried to "get a new password" from the sign in page. No response. This is
very frustrating, to say the least. Can someone tell me what stupid thing I'm doing wrong? Or just send me the pointer to the info - that would work also!
