Wade Extruder Hot End Assembly

Hello!

I have two questions regarding the hot end assembly of my Wade Extruder.

1) How do I get the PTFE insulator into the ABS extruder part so that I can drill it into place with my M3 bolts? Do I just force/press it in? Also, the PTFE insulator I bought is straight on one end but visibly slanted (cut poorly) on the other. Should I lathe this to make it level or does it not matter?

2) How do I get my brass barrel into the PTFE insulator? Do I have to drill out part or the PTFE insulator?

Are there any detailed instructions that can explain how to assemble the hot end of the Wade Extruder? So far, the visual instructions have been great, but I cannot find much of anything for the hot end assembly.

Thank you!

The hot end described here

I ordered it after March 15, 2012. I ordered the 3.0mm filament with the 0.50mm nozzle.

If I accidently drilled the 5.0mm bit almost all the way through (there is a 2mm thick lip at the bottom) the PTFE cylinder, should I order another, or is this going to be ok? Thank you!
