It was a massive pain in the but to get the shaft to line up when putting together my extruder drive. So what I did was put a small drill bit through the feed holes to keep it in place and used my dremel to cut a notch in the end of the shaft so I could hold the shaft in place while adjusting and tightening the nuts. Just a tip to make things easier.
