For this I commented out the extrution safety feature in marlin configuration.h:

//#define PREVENT_DANGEROUS_EXTRUDE


Just to be clear: this must only be tested without the hotend attached to the extruder!

After calibration of your e steps enable the safety feature.


Oh and this error message:
: Extruder switched off. MAXTEMP triggered !
Error: Printer stopped deu to errors. Fix the error and use M999 to restart!.

For me was when i glued my thermistor wrong, shorting the wires inside the heaterblock.

I am having the same error when i try to set my machine driven to experimental Marlin

How did you get past this?
