Fellow reprappers,

I have a serious issue with my x axis,
when i try to move it makes a very weird "blocking" noise, like if the motor tries to move the axis and hold it stil at the same time.
I changed current with no succes.
Then i changed ports, and made the x axis work on the z axis, wich worked! so the x axis stepper motor is not broken.

Have you tried the Y axis motor in the X axis connection? This would tell you whether there is a problem with the stepper driver.
